Claims Adjuster - Attorney Represented Injury

About the position

As a Claims Adjuster specializing in attorney-represented bodily injury claims, you will manage a portfolio of claims, working independently and directly with attorneys to negotiate and settle cases. This mid-level position requires a strong understanding of liability, coverage, and damages, as well as the ability to assess claims effectively. Responsibilities
?? Determine coverage and liability for claims.

?? Negotiate with claimants or their attorneys.

?? Settle claims and establish reserves.

?? Estimate costs of treatment or compensation for injured parties.

?? Analyze and interpret medical reports and manage the claims process for efficient resolution.

?? Interview and collect information from claimants, agents, attorneys, and police.

Requirements
?? Four years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling, OR
,
?? One year in claims handling and a bachelor's degree, OR
,
?? Three years of relevant work experience with one year in claims handling and an associate degree.

Nice-to-haves
