We are looking for a Remote Online Chat Representative to provide real-time customer support via chat, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities: ?? Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming chats from potential and current clients regarding inquiries about services, pricing, project updates, and technical issues. ?? Problem Solving: Troubleshoot client concerns or questions in real-time, providing quick and accurate solutions or escalating issues to relevant internal teams. ?? Service Inquiries: Provide detailed information about our digital marketing services, including SEO, web design, social media management, and more. ?? Lead Qualification: Engage with website visitors to gather information, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up consultations with the sales team. ?? Follow-Up: Track client conversations and follow up on any pending questions or unresolved issues to ensure client satisfaction. ?? Data Entry: Log all interactions and client details into the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. ?? Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and technical teams to relay customer feedback, concerns, or requests for information.

Requirements: ?? Strong written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally ?? Prior experience in online chat support or customer service is preferred ?? Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and remain organized ?? Comfortable with using chat software and CRM tools (training provided) ?? Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle inquiries efficiently ?? Ability to work independently in a remote environment ?? Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus but not required
