?? This is a remote field based role - required to visit the HO in Northolt at least twice a month
?? Salary ??34,000 - ??40,000 DOE
?? Bonus 12.5%
?? Car Allowance ??400 pcm
Key Responsibilities: ?? Customer Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, including Garden Centres, Farm Shops, and Premium Independents. ?? New Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and expand product ranges within existing accounts. ?? Sales & Profit Targets: Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets through effective forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning. ?? Industry Representation: Represent the business at key industry events, such as the Casual Dining Exhibition and IFE, to build relationships and promote our brands.
What... We're Looking For:
?? Sales Experience: Proven success in FOOD/DRINKS sales, particularly with Premium Independent sectors.
?? Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
?? Resilience & Ambition: A driven, resilient attitude with a focus on achieving results.
Working Pattern:
?? This is a remote field-based role requiring regular UK travel to visit customers.
?? You will be required to visit the HO in Northolt at least twice a month.
