Receptionist

Job description

The Mahogany Projek, LLC is a therapy practice that has been in business for over 5 years. We are a fast paced practice that prides ourselves on our staff and their ability to work as part of a team. We are looking for a Receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support the dental team through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. Therapy/Medical experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
?? Greet patients, answer phones, check-in/out patients
?? Create patient charts, ensure all necessary information is entered
?? Prepare for each day??s work by checking supplies
?? Take payments; enter purchase information into practice software (if purchased)
?? Check for patient confidentiality and report any issues to the practice manager or doctor (if an independent contractor)
?? Maintain a tidy reception area at all times, sort through mail and place outgoing mail in the correct spot.
?? Keep reception area clean and tidy, perform other tasks as needed such as filing or photocopying documents
?? Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or doctor (not required)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 ?? 20 per week
