Job Title: Call Center Agent...

Shift: Open (hours vary, must have open availability on nights and weekends)

Salary: $12.00/hour

Location: Work from Home if you reside in Michigan

Duties and Responsibilities: ?? To conduct political surveys over the phone using a given script to prospective voters. ?? To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company guidelines. ?? To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management. ?? To follow the rules, regulations, and policies in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued by management. ?? To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services

Requirements

Experience: 0-3 Years of customer service experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:
?? Attendance and a positive attitude are the main keys to being successful at this position.
?? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
?? Strong basic computer skills
?? Ability to multi-task
?? Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
