Responsibilities: Provide virtual counseling and support to students and their families. Create and manage individualized support plans tailored to students needs. Work collaboratively with educators, school staff, and parents to address social and emotional challenges. Conduct virtual assessments and facilitate both group and individual counseling sessions. Integrate a comprehensive toolkit into educational lessons to support student engagement and learning.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan. Experience working with school-aged children or in a school setting preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with virtual technology.
