Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations on TikTok and in the beauty industry, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table. Manage and grow our TikTok community, engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful content delivery. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UGC Creator, with a focus on TikTok content creation. A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in the beauty industry, including previous TikTok campaigns or projects. In-depth understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, and best practices. Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, specifically within the beauty space. Strong video editing skills and familiarity with relevant editing tools and software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content
