Remote Client Support Representative
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Educate clients on Wells Fargo products and services

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
