We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Online Remote Customer Support Representatives for American Express. As a remote team member, you will be the first point of contact for our valued American Express cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently...What You Will Do:
 Provide outstanding customer service to American Express cardholders via phone, email, and chat.
 Assist cardholders with account inquiries, billing questions, and resolving technical issues.
 Educate cardholders on American Express products, services, and benefits.
 Investigate and resolve cardholder concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
 Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in our customer relationship management system.
 Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support delivery.
Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Â Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Â Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Â Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Â Must have a quiet home office space and reliable high-speed internet connection. Â Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
