About Us:We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on administrative support and accounting tasks using QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities: Â Perform general office tasks, including data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling. Â Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online. Â Reconcile accounts, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions. Â Maintain organized digital records and ensure accurate documentation. Â Provide administrative support to team members as needed. Â Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries. Â Communicate with vendors and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications: Â Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Â Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Â Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Â Basic understanding of accounting principles. Â Comfortable with remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills:
 Previous experience in a remote work setting.
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
 Ability to adapt to new tools and software quickly.
