Onboarding: Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company culture and are equipped with the necessary resources to excel in their roles. Talent Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of female telecallers, contributing to their professional growth and performance.
