Job title: Account Manager (Remote) Company: Peddle Job description : Account Manager We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager with affiliate marketing know-how to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and managing relationships with our existing affiliate partners and charitable organizations, optimizing campaigns and driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation efforts. This role requires a strong blend of relationship management, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. We are based in Austin, TX, but this position is 100% remote. What That Means Partner Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their business goals and aligning them with our product offerings to grow lead traffic. Provide regular communication and support to partners, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with API or campaign implementation to ensure their success. Ensure partners adhere to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards, fostering a positive brand image and mitigating risks. Proactively manage and resolve conflicts or disputes with partners, maintaining a constructive and productive working relationship. Strategy and Analysis Collaborate with partners to develop and monitor campaigns in alignment with business objectives, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. Analyze account performance data, track key performance metrics, and generate actionable insights to continually improve conversion rates, revenue, and other relevant KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance company product offerings. Industry Awareness and Innovation Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in partner marketing and digital advertising. Continuously explore innovative approaches and strategies to maximize partner value and stay ahead of competitors.
