Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have a significant impact on the visual language of our brands, translating product and marketing strategies into compelling designs for both digital and print media. If you are driven by creativity and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Brand Development:Evolve and uphold our brand identity across various mediums, ensuring modernity and consistency aligned with business goals.
Creative Campaigns:Lead the design of captivating visual concepts for extensive marketing campaigns, social media, and digital initiatives that resonate with audiences.
Digital Design:Create engaging digital content while collaborating with UX/UI teams on user-friendly interfaces for websites and apps.
Print Design & Packaging:Design print materials and prepare files for production, ensuring top-quality results and effective collaboration with vendors.
Multimedia & Motion Graphics:Create dynamic animated visuals for various platforms including video marketing and social media content.
Collaboration & Leadership:Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of creative excellence within the team.
Trend Spotting:Stay current with design innovations and actively contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction:Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align creativity with business objectives.
Project Management:Oversee multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:5+ years in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house setting.
Software Mastery:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, After Effects, and Premiere is valuable.
Creativity & Vision:A diverse portfolio that reflects your design capabilities and innovative approach.
Attention to Detail:Strong design sensibilities with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
Tech Savvy:Familiarity with web design practices, including HTML/CSS is a plus.
Project Management Skills:Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and juggle competing priorities.
Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written abilities to present and discuss creative concepts confidently.
Adaptability:Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
