As a Resort Reservations Specialist, you will utilize your communication skills to connect with guests via phone, email, and chat. You will ensure that every interaction is conducted with the highest level of customer service and professionalism. 4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Disney resorts, promotions, and events.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional guest experiences.

6. Follow up on reservation details and confirmations to ensure guest satisfaction.

7. Utilize various communication tools and technology to assist guests effectively. • *Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software.

4. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Passion for the Disney brand and knowledge of Disney products and services.

7. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. • *Educational Qualifications:**

– Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

– Further certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.

– Previous experience in a reservations or customer service role is highly desirable but not mandatory.
