Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and innovative Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become an integral part of our compassionate team, committed to empowering students throughout Indiana. In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to deliver tailored therapy services, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student growth and achievement.
Key Responsibilities
 Conduct engaging and personalized virtual therapy sessions, focusing on the distinct needs of each student
 Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals
 Collaborate with teachers and families to ensure holistic support for student success
 Maintain meticulous records of student progress and document therapy results
 Create a positive and encouraging virtual learning atmosphere for students
Required Skills
 Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
 Exceptional communication abilities and a strong commitment to student development
 Experience in delivering therapy services, preferably in a virtual context, is advantageous
Qualifications
 A valid SLP license in Indiana
 Proven ability to foster student success through effective communication and support
