As a Remote Chat Assistant, you’ll engage in real-time conversations with customers and potential buyers, addressing inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training.

• Responding to live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts
• Assisting customers with their questions and concerns
• Engaging in real-time conversations using online chat software
• Offering top-tier customer support
