Key Responsibilities
 Execute data enrichment tasks by adhering to client guidelines.
 Assist with credentialing processes, including data entry, vendor verifications, and board certifications.
 Liaise with state boards and credentialing authorities to monitor status updates and authenticate information.
 Ensure that credentialing data is precise and adheres to industry standards.
 Verify information from third-party sources by utilizing online databases.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as required to bolster the team's efforts.
Required Skills
 Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient in operating within a remote environment, equipped with reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
 A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or customer service roles is advantageous.
 Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (weekends off).
