What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate check-in and check-out processes
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting patients both in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Collaborate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations and patient flow
• Handle insurance verification and manage payment collection processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience, with clerical experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced phone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and adapt to changing departmental needs
• Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends as necessary

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare setting
