Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Â Proven customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Â Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Â Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Â Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software applications. Â Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
