Job title: CycleBar - Fitness Instructor - Northville, Michigan Company: Top Gun Talent Job description : CycleStar Indoor Cycling Fitness Instructor CycleBar, Northville, MI $40 - $80 per class We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST CycleBar Instructors, aka CycleStars®, are the most DYNAMIC, INSPIRATIONAL, and FUN group fitness instructors in the area. This is your opportunity to be part of something amazing Our CycleStars® are the reason why our riders get up before the sun, and grind out that evening workout after a long day. We provide our CycleStars with continued training, exposure, opportunities for advancement and hands-down the best fitness stage in Michigan. Our compensation model for our CycleStars® is considered the industry's highest. As your rider base grows, and the seats begin to fill, so will your income opportunity. CycleStar® Duties And Responsibilities Organize, prepare and teach classes that include CycleBar® "pillar" elements: music, choreography, performance stats, and strength segment (weighted bar) Actively engage with riders by arriving 20-30 minutes before class to greet riders, assist with acclimation and setup for first-time visitors Stay after class to mingle with riders until the last rider leaves Be willing to assist with keeping the studio clean and always looking top notch Adhere to CycleBar® training method, brand and safety guidelines as outlined in CycleStar® Training Manual Notify studio manager in the case of any planned or unplanned absence, and work with management to secure substitution arrangements Actively represent CycleBar® at studio-organized events that are held periodically both within and outside the studio Be flexible to teach Private Rides/Fundraiser Rides/Charity Rides when needed.
