The Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
Ã⢠Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ã⢠Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Ã⢠Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Ã⢠Be an amazing problem-solver
Ã⢠Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as: smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
Ã⢠Offer additional products and/or services
Ã⢠Deliver expert customer experiencesÃâ¦with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Technical Support / Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
Ã⢠Strong focus on building customer relationships
Ã⢠1+ year of customer service experience
Ã⢠Technical support experience preferred
Ã⢠Open availability
Ã⢠A high school diploma or GED
Ã⢠A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
Ã⢠Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Ã⢠Eagerness to learn new technologies
Ã⢠Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
Ã⢠Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Ã⢠A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; A work computer may be provided depending on the position offered, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)
Ã⢠High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
Ã⢠Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
