Position: Research Analyst (Las Vegas, NV) - Remote | WFH

Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver critical intelligence and insights.
• Analyze and review solicitation documents (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) to support opportunity assessment and proposal development.
• Generate real-time capture intelligence to advance the organization’s objectives.
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline data, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support proposal development activities including resume formatting, compliance reviews, and partner coordination.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business prospects utilizing public government databases.
• Assist in optimizing the pipeline management platform by engaging with stakeholders to identify needs and implement improvements.
• Participate in various inter-departmental projects and initiatives.

Required Skills
• Proficient in advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite) with a focus on data entry and presentation creation.
• Capable of conducting thorough research and synthesizing extensive information for clarity and comprehension.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently.
• Proven ability to foster effective and positive relationships with colleagues and industry professionals.

Qualifications
• Residence in a designated HUBZone area is mandatory.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain security clearance.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of six months of computer experience is required.
