[Work From Home] Remote Phone Call Receptionist

Key Responsibilities...
• Answer and direct incoming calls from personal injury, mass tort, and criminal defense clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their cases.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate legal team members.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.

Qualifications
• Customer service experience in a legal, medical, or insurance role is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and handling of medical and treatment information.
• Proven ability to work effectively as a remote employee with a well-established home office setup.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with office software and phone systems.

Requirements
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Ability to work during the specified hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
• Must be able to provide a high level of customer service and maintain client confidentiality.

Benefits

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $18-20/hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Breaks: 1-hour lunch break, two 15-minute breaks

Benefits: Paid vacation, health insurance, 401k match up to 4%
