Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement engaging English language lessons tailored specifically to the learning needs of a 3rd grade Spanish-speaking student.
• Design lesson plans and assessments that align with the student's educational objectives and progress.
• Monitor and evaluate the student’s development, making instructional adjustments as necessary to promote growth.
• Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on the student's progress and learning goals.
• Keep precise records of the student's attendance and academic achievements.
• Collaborate with other educators and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience for the student.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline.

• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous but not mandatory.
