What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting
• Key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, with a focus on accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of data before entry into the system
• Ensure consistency of data across the system, such as updating customer address changes
• Maintain accurate logs of ongoing work and perform administrative duties like filing and copying

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to maintain patience for repetitive tasks
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in data entry and/or filing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Reading knowledge of Spanish, as a small percentage of orders are in that language
• Social perceptiveness and service orientation
