We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This flexible part-time role allows you to work remotely while providing top-notch support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Â Provide accurate information about flight schedules, bookings, and policies. Â Assist customers with ticket changes, cancellations, and upgrades. Â Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Â Stay up-to-date on JetBlue services, promotions, and travel policies. Â Adhere to company procedures and ensure data privacy compliance.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus. Â Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
