Job Summary of In-Store Sales Merchandiser:

At Coke Florida, the In-Store Sales Merchandiser is the main point of contact at customer accounts, responsible for stocking, ordering, and replenishing products as needed. Through effective merchandising and relationship building, the In-Store Sales Merchandiser supports sales growth and maintains the company's position as a leading provider of quality products.

Responsibilities of In-Store Sales Merchandiser:
• Develop and maintain product displays and equipment placements according to company standards and regulations.
• Regulate the inventory levels for beverages in different areas of the store or account, while also ensuring that the products are easily accessible for customers and staff.
• Efficiently maintain inventory levels by placing orders with accuracy in line with the advertised calendar.
• Amend orders based on critical variables to optimize productivity.
• Manage back stock inventory levels and trade breakage to meet customer demands in assigned accounts.
• Consistent and effective communication with your customers is essential to maintaining a healthy business relationship. Make sure to address any issues promptly and follow up to ensure their satisfaction.
• Building a positive relationship with your colleagues, clients, and customers is a vital skill that can help create a more pleasant work environment for everyone involved.
• The company merchandise standards need to be met while managing the inventory levels, company assets, and point of sale. Proper product placement is important to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish the requirements of the stores for different products and ensure proper inventory management by placing and processing orders as needed.
• Conduct store surveys.
• Relay data concerning operational activities of the account, and equipment servicing needs to the appropriate parties.
• Follow the predetermined merchandising policies and change the product display in the designated areas.
• Develop a clear and concise inventory management plan that outlines the procedures for receiving, storing, and tracking backroom inventory.
• Replace old or worn signage with new material to keep the area looking fresh.
• Showing up regularly and on time is crucial.
• Be aware that overtime may be requested.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements at all times
• In the end, identifying and reporting unsafe working conditions is everyone's responsibility, and workers are encouraged to play an active role in creating a safe work environment.
• Comply with the stipulated dress code or adhere to the prescribed grooming standards.
