What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and assist with outbound call campaigns
• Provide answers to general questions and transfer calls to appropriate departments

• Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Exceptional phone and listening skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with data entry and customer service preferred
