Join AmazonÂs customer support team as a Live Chat Support Specialist and assist customers in resolving their inquiries efficiently and professionally through live chat. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while being part of AmazonÂs world-class customer service team. Key Responsibilities: Â Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat. Â Provide real-time assistance and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Â Identify and troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate them as necessary. Â Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications. Â Record and document interactions accurately for reference and follow-up.Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
