Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Â Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment is preferred. Â Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Â Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Â Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Â Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer service software and systems. Â Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
