Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Team Structure and Collaboration:

Report to the Remote Customer Service Team Leader.
Engage in daily briefings and debriefings over virtual platforms.
Use company-provided technology tools to maintain communication and manage tasks.
