Position Overview:

As a Remote Record Receptionist at Texas Pride Trailers, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist in data entry and management of customer databases.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.

• Process orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing documents and preparing reports.

• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
