Key Responsibilities
 Deliver personalized virtual instruction tailored to the needs of 1 elementary-level ELL student.
 Design and implement lesson plans that cater to individual learning requirements.
 Foster a positive, supportive, and stimulating online learning atmosphere.
 Collaborate with the studentÂs educational team to assess progress and modify lessons as necessary.
 Utilize online platforms effectively to conduct lessons and monitor student development.
Required Skills
 Strong instructional capabilities with a focus on elementary-level ELL students.
 Proficiency in online teaching platforms and virtual learning tools.
 Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
 Competence in creating a positive and encouraging online learning environment.
Qualifications
 Valid Missouri teaching certification with an ESL/ELL endorsement.
 Demonstrated experience in educating English Language Learners (ELL) across various grade levels.

Compensation
