Role Overview:

You would play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with benefits inquiries provided by the company to identify and assess client needs • Present our products/services to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business • Achieve or exceed monthly targets and contribute to team success • Collaborate with the team and management to refine strategies • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services and industry trends

Qualifications: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Basic computer knowledge using online systems • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
