Responsibilities :
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, phone interactions, and face-to-face interactions
• Provide information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a seamless experience
• Process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities

Requirements :
• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous computer experience
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications :
• Proficient in English and Japanese language
• Knowledge of Hawaiian language preferred
• Previous work experience in a hotel or front desk environment
• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment
