As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. YouÂll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions. This is a work-from-home position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities: Â Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Â Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Â Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information. Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent (required). Some college or relevant certifications are a plus. Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â Familiarity with basic computer applications, including MS Office and CRM software. Â Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries at once.
