The Opportunity:

They’re looking for an elite Senior Salesforce Account Executive who thrives on closing complex, high-value deals and has a deep understanding of the financial services landscape. In this role, you’ll be the face of thier Salesforce-driven solutions to the banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech markets. You will leverage your expertise to secure new business and grow existing relationships by presenting Salesforce as the ultimate tool for customer-centric transformation.

What You'll Do:
• Own the Sales Cycle: Lead high-value, strategic sales cycles from prospecting to close with financial services clients.
• Drive Revenue: Consistently hit and exceed quotas by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate relationships at the C-level within major financial institutions, becoming their trusted Salesforce advisor.
• Tailored Solutions: Partner with technical and consulting teams to deliver custom Salesforce solutions that directly address clients' business challenges.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously stay informed about industry shifts, Salesforce product updates, and competitor offerings to provide the best advice to your clients.
• Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams, from marketing to customer success, to ensure alignment in targeting, messaging, and delivering success to clients.
• Who You Are:
• Top 5% Performer: You’ve consistently been at the top of the leader board, exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas and crushing sales goals year after year.
• Salesforce Expert: You have 5+ years of experience selling Salesforce solutions and understand how Salesforce transforms financial services companies. Experience with Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Financial Services Insider: You know the ins and outs of the financial services industry and have sold to key players in banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech.
• Strategic Closer: You thrive in long, complex sales cycles, navigating multiple stakeholders to secure high-value deals.
• Relationship Builder: Your network is your asset, and you know how to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with executives.
• Self-Starter: You excel in a fully remote, independent environment where your performance speaks for itself.
