Key Responsibilities
 Lead and manage a proficient team of technical and administrative staff, ensuring effective management of business, technical, and personnel aspects.
 Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with project objectives and efficient task execution.
 Evaluate resource requirements and formulate cost estimates for project-related activities.
 Develop and uphold comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely task completion.
 Delegate responsibilities among team members, fostering a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere.
 Monitor progress on tasks and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders to communicate status effectively.
 Review deliverables prior to submission, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
 Engage in clear communication with all management levels, both verbally and in writing.
 Manage network designs and installations, applying established standards and methodologies to optimize network performance.
 Address complex challenges affecting system availability, ensuring prompt resolutions.
 Continuously assess network performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
Required Skills
 Strong expertise in data management and data analysis.
 Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
 Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
 Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 Specialized experience in project management support for Navy acquisition programs or similar DoD projects is highly advantageous.
Qualifications
 An active Secret security clearance is mandatory.
 A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
