All of our group lessons have a very small student-to-instructor ratio so we can focus on teaching to each studentÂs individual needs. We teach more than just water safety; we are a skill-based swim lesson program not an aged-based program. We are designed to develop the confidence for kids to continue to grow beyond just the basics of swimming! Swimm with Timm currently operates through Choice Fitness Peabody, Salisbury and Methuen locations. About US: We are a full-fledged program, not just a regular swim program. Our employees have the opportunity to be trained anywhere from a swim instructor to a swim coach. Swimm with Timm offers benefits after 90 days to all staff working 20+ hours as well as great rates with most Swim Instructors earning $24-26 an hour! In addition, we also offer a 401K plan! We conduct all of our own training and offer internal growth opportunities, promoting all of our Program Managers from within! We know that in order to maintain our employees, we must take care of our employees! Our owner has worked for companies before where he was " just a number" and he works hard to make sure his employees will never feel this way. We invest in our instructors because, without you, there would be no program. About YOU: You love being in the water and educating kids of all ages! Instructors should have a minimum of two years group childcare, teaching, or coaching experience and be willing to obtain CPR, first aid, and lifesaving certifications within the first six months of employment. We are looking for Monday- Friday 2:00pm-7:00pm availability. At least one weekend day 9:00am-2:00pm is required. Swimm with Timm benefits: Sick Time. All employees are eligible for up to 40 hours of paid sick time each year. Work/Life Balance. All employees are eligible for up to four weeks time off between sessions. Free Training. On the job training, paired with various available online trainings. Group Healthcare. Swimm with Timm offers comprehensive group medical, dental, vision, and life insurance to employees working an average of 20+ hours/week. Timm pays 80% of the premiums for individual coverage (70% of the premiums for family coverage) and most office visits are covered by copays! Employees enrolled in group benefits also have access to a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program. 401k.
