Cardiac Intensive Care Unit Patient Population: Post Cardiology Interventional, Post Vascular Surgical/Interventional, Advanced heart Failure. Status: Full Time Staff Shift: Nights, 3/12’s per week Patient Ratios: 1:1 OR 1:2 Number of Beds: 49 Department Specifics: 90% BSN, 58% Specialty Certified, Clinical and leadership development opportunities, Clinical Ladder Program, Shared Governance councils, 4-time ANCC Magnet accreditation, Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for 3 consecutive years, flexible scheduling, telemetry to ICU training program, teaching hospital working with residents and fellows, Nurse Practitioners support clinical care.
