Position Overview:

Do you have the expertise and enthusiasm to lead transformative professional development sessions? We are seeking experienced educators and trainers to join our team as independent consultants. This role offers you the flexibility to inspire teachers while helping schools achieve new levels of success through actionable strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities: ¬ē Facilitate high-energy, impactful professional development workshops for K-12 educators. ¬ē Collaborate with a team of like-minded professionals dedicated to education excellence. ¬ē Continuously enhance your knowledge through professional learning opportunities. ¬ē Empower teachers to implement innovative classroom management techniques and instructional practices. ¬ē Customize workshop content to address the unique needs of diverse schools and districts.

Consultant Requirements: ¬ē Bachelor¬ís degree in Education or a related field (Master¬ís degree is a plus). ¬ē Proven experience in K-12 education as a teacher, trainer, or consultant. ¬ē Outstanding communication and presentation skills with an ability to inspire. ¬ē Deep commitment to advancing teacher effectiveness and student success. ¬ē Self-motivated and capable of working independently as a contractor.
