This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually. Employees will work from the comfort of their own homes, enjoying flexibility and work-life balance. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Success Representative, your primary responsibility is to create an exceptional customer experience for our valued Amazon customers. You will act as the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or face issues with their orders. Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Educational Qualifications
