Your Role:
 Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
 Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
 Accurately document call details.

Job Requirements: Â Must be 18 years or older. Â High School Diploma or equivalent. Â Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service. Â Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days. Â Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Â Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Â Secure, private work area at home. Â Flexible availability, including weekends.
