Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Support Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for beginners looking to launch their career in the aviation and customer service industry. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist passengers with inquiries, reservations, and support, ensuring every interaction reflects the Southwest Airlines standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.  Assist with booking and modifying flight reservations.  Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements.  Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Southwest Airlines services and promotions.  Uphold Southwest Airlines commitment to safety, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or GED equivalent. Â Strong verbal and written communication skills. Â Basic computer proficiency (experience with Microsoft Office and customer service software preferred). Â Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Â Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required. Â Must reside in the USA and be eligible to work in the United States.
