Key Responsibilities:
Promptly address customer queries via live chat, offering solutions and support with a personal touch.
Use your critical thinking to assess customer needs and guide them towards appropriate solutions.
Operate independently, adhering to guidelines to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
Must have access to a reliable device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of managing social media and live chat interactions.
Strong ability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail.
Commitment to working at least 5 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours based on performance.
A dependable internet connectivity is essential.
