Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the face of our organization: Engage with guests through live chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our properties, services, and promotional offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Cultivate positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and helpful responses to all guest inquiries, maintaining a high standard of service.

Required Skills
• Proven track record in providing outstanding customer service, ideally within the real estate or... hospitality sectors.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective issue resolution.
• Proficient in using live chat software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Self-driven and capable of managing time efficiently while working independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate information.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service roles is essential.
