Job Overview

In this role, you will engage with audio recordings from depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings. Your responsibilities will require a keen eye for detail, a comprehensive understanding of legal terminology, and a strong command of grammar. You will adhere to established style guides to produce precise, verbatim transcripts.

Key Responsibilities
• Transcribe depositions, hearings, and other judicial proceedings with accuracy
• Maintain strict adherence to style guidelines while producing transcripts
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all transcription tasks
• Process audio materials while ensuring clarity and correctness

Required Skills
• Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription
• Exceptional listening abilities
• Strong adherence to deadlines and client-specific requirements
• Outstanding literacy skills, encompassing comprehension, spelling, and grammar
• Proficiency in typing, both in speed and accuracy
