Responsibilities:

Work with clients to assess their health insurance needs and recommend the most appropriate plans.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about different insurance policies.
Assist clients with plan enrollment, renewals, and any necessary changes to their coverage.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and updates to health insurance plans.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in health insurance sales or customer service is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
