As a Part-Time Costco Customer Support Representative, you will be an integral part of our commitment to member satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:Â Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email.
 Assisting members with inquiries, product information, and account-related questions.
 Resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
 Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
Requirements: Â Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Â Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Â Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. Â Basic computer proficiency. Â Availability for flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends. Â Prior customer service experience is a plus.
