Key Responsibilities: Â Provide technical support to users of Disney's online applications via various communication channels. Â Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly and efficiently. Â Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges. Â Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and functionality of applications. Â Implement best practices for optimizing application performance and user... experience. Â Document support processes and contribute to knowledge base resources.
Desired Candidate Profile:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
 Proven experience in technical support or application management roles.
 Strong understanding of web technologies and mobile applications.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
 Passion for Disney products and services is a plus.
Requirements and Qualifications: Â Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Â Familiarity with customer support platforms and ticketing systems.
